1. installation
if there is no crane lifting equipment on the use site, a lifting beam should be set. the lifting beam should be set above the longitudinal axis of the belt iron crusher, and the load of the lifting beam should be greater than the weight of the belt iron crusher. when it is inconvenient to set a lifting beam above the belt iron crusher, a lifting ring shall be set above the longitudinal axis of the equipment at the bearing seat.
the feeding chute of the belt iron crusher is connected with the casing by bolts. it should be ensured that the materials entering the belt iron crusher are evenly distributed along the axial direction of the toothed roller. in order to prevent large blocks from damaging the crushing teeth for a long time, the vertical drop of materials should be minimized.
when the belt iron crusher is installed on site, the foundation shall be leveled with a level, and the size of the embedded bolt shall be checked to see if it corresponds to the actual size of the equipment, and then the equipment shall be lifted for installation and fastening; install the control box at the predetermined position.
2. test run
2.1 preparation
(1) turn on the motor power according to the rotation of the toothed roller during operation. generally, the toothed roller is opposite to each other without special requirements for the rotation;
(2) all bearings shall be lubricated;
(3) check whether all parts of the equipment are installed stably.
 2.2 test run
 (1) press the start and stop buttons. when there is no abnormality in the rotation of each part, it can be put into no-load operation. the test run time shall not be less than 4 hours. during this time, the equipment shall be inspected by vision, hearing and touch. the equipment shall start smoothly, operate reliably and have no special noise.
 (2) the bearing temperature shall not exceed 65 ℃ and the temperature rise shall not exceed 30 ℃ after 4 hours of startup.
3. full load operation
4. after the small space vehicle is operated, the installation works of the equipment shall be accepted, and then it can be operated with materials. continue to observe the operation of the above-mentioned items, and put them into normal production after everything is normal
